Account Supervisor

Burnham Richards is looking to hire an account supervisor to oversee, manage and grow agency accounts (Both traditional and digital). The account supervisor plays a key role on our team. You will be the day-to-day manager of the client relationship, a brand champion, an agency facilitator, and a trusted partner to both clients and your team. You will nuture the account relationship ensuring profitability at all times.
Become a strategic partner with clients.
Facilitate the development of thorough and effective creative briefs.
Develop in-depth business reporting and comprehensive competitive advertising/marketing analyses.
Create strategic marketing plans.
Lead brand audits, directing research, strategy development, and competitive assessment.
Ability to understand and manage details of a campaign in the context of a larger business picture.
Understanding of digital, social media and PPC.
Collaborates with other depts. (media/creative) to create marketing communications plans.
Be the day-to-day client contact.
Produce core client communications such as estimates, timelines and budgets.


Project Lead
Be the organizational center of projects - manage projects, problem solve, and lead flawless execution.
Track project budgets and scopes, assessing estimates to actuals, managing Change Order process as needed, and be responsible for regular recalibration of budget, as needed.
Coordinate team meetings and client presentations.
Quickly gain pervasive knowledge of client and agency operations.
Monitors on strategy/on-time/on-budget project performance, and escalates as necessary.
Ability to understand, analyze and control clients allotted budgets.
Be a creative champion.
Challenge direction, or the status quo, and seek alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective advertising strategies.
Work integrally with other agency departments to develop effective strategies, briefings and creative and strategic work.
Participate in the presentation and selling of creative and media plans.


Team Advocate
Advocate for the business internally, and keeps the agency team informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the business.
Actively works to grow and develop the skills and abilities of junior agency staff.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years agency experience.
Experience presenting/selling agency keynotes.
Demonstrated capability in managing teams, budgets.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
