Looking for two Data Entry resources:
contract-to-hire.
Hours are anticipated to be 8:
30 am to 5:
00 pm Monday through Friday.
Summary:
This position will support the Claims department by processing incoming mail and faxes, typing form letters, posting payments and preparing documents for mailing.
MUST be able to type 60 words per minute (will look at 50-55 wpm) with 95% or higher accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Data entry of client filled forms; document processing and scanning; retrieval of documentation from various storage locations; data entry of file information; maneuver and update web based programs for tracking and reporting; review of claim payment information related to recovery or case; completion of form letters; coordinated assignment and delivery of materials to multiple Claim, Client Service, and Sales representatives; enter payments under the direction of Claim representative; reimburse insured deductible based on review of claim file and payments issued.
REQUIREMENTS:
oMust have solid office experience and be comfortable with a data entry role for extended periods of time.
oType 60 words per minute (will look at 50-55 wpm) with 95% or higher accuracy.
oData entry - alpha numeric 12,0000 or higher with 95% accuracy.
oData entry - numeric 10,000 or higher.
oNeed to be able to use multiple screens and toggle between applications.
oExcellent reliability, dedication to the job, and positive attitude.
oAble to work at an accurate and steady pace.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
