Treasury Management
Wisconsin Bank & Trust is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in DePere.
The Treasury Management Officer is responsible for treasury management products, services as well as customer calling, sales and implementation of commercial banking non-credit products. The individual in this position will team with the Commercial Bankers to sell Treasury Management services targeted towards medium to large sized businesses.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and presentations/demos to clients in addition to participating and leading product training for various audiences
Manage all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle to include business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, close and implementation of services
Responsible for business relationship management of all Treasury Management products- InBusiness, eDeposit, Merchant Services Referrals (partnering with Transfirst), Lock Box, Positive Pay, ACH origination, & Loan/Investment Sweep, etc
Work closely with Heartland Financial Treasury Management Support to implement new services and resolve any client issues
Prepare statement analysis and sales proposals after detailed needs assessment is completed. Maintain strong consultative relationship with clients, particular emphasis on key client base to ensure the growth of the business service charge portfolio of the bank.
Promote and cross-sell other established products and services as appropriate to meet customer requirements, such as business checking, business credit card, business debit card, pay card, purchase card, foreign exchange activity and letters of credit
Build and maintain relationships with the community and civic groups and represent the bank at related events.
Candidates should have strategic sales cycle knowledge including sales planning, sales approach and providing solutions selling to large, complex customers. Must be able to prospect and network at various levels within a company, in addition to having enhanced communication and negotiation skills
Required:
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years related experience or training
Experience with Treasury Management products, payment services and related business, financial, regulatory and risk management processes.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Treasury Management Certification (CTP) Desired or willingness to attain certification
