Responsibilities:

Engineering new products - facilitate the design of equipment.
o Write and review project/product scopes.
o Lead and record design reviews.
o Create and maintain item specifications (drawings, schematics, manuals, engineering specifications, etc.
) o Seek new product and technology ideas.
o Locate, select, and procure components for new product development.
o Coordinate factory and field testing of components.
Engineering Existing Products - support engineering changes made to existing vehicle wash equipment.
o Identify and resolve product quality issues working directly with technical support, sales, and manufacturing.
o Maintain certification and compliance of product to appropriate UL, CE, and other applicable standards.
o Create and maintain item specifications (drawings, schematics, manuals, engineering specifications, etc.
) Technical/Liaison Product Support o Collaborate with Technical Service Representatives.
o to ensure customer feedback is included in product development.
o to educate the Technical Service Representatives on releases and upgrades.
o Act as liaison when new products or product changes are introduced.
o Work with sales, manufacturing supervisor, and buyer to accommodate special equipment requests.
o Answer questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our equipment.
o Develop documentation for our manuals, sales literature, and website on an as-needed basis.
o Provide technical information and service to internal/external customers and suppliers.
o Create and maintain technical sales support documentation.
o Analyze RMA (warranty) data in order to identify trending issues associated with components.
o Work with Buyer and/or Director Of Operations to establish and maintain supplier relationships.
Requirements:
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
o Excellent electrical and mechanical skills required.
o Minimum 3 years previous experience in Designer role preferred.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
o Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.
o Championing attitude regarding customer follow up.
Must respond with urgency to customer concerns.
o Must be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with our suppliers, and our customers.
o Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
o AutoCAD or other drawing software experience preferred.
o Comfortable interacting directly with customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
o Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
o Associates Degree Electro-Mechanical Design or similar degree.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
