Internal credit card reconciliation when required.
Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
Working with account receivable clerk and others to resolve account issues when necessary.
GENERAL ACCOUNTING Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Handling communications with customers and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
