6am-3:
30pm, with overtime available
Job Description
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product.
Typically has a high school diploma or GED.
Education/Experience
o High school diploma or GED required
o 2-4 years' experience required
Responsibility level
Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor
Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability (Required)
o Team player and detail oriented (Required) Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods (Typically required)
o Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions (Typically required)
Major Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process
o Determine work assignments and procedures
o Shovel and sweep work areas Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts
o Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies
Experience and Skills
Some mechanical skills preferred
Should have some automotive experience - either Diesel or Mechanical
Mechanic background is a plus
Forklift certified is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
