We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks within an office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures - Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently - Verify insurance benefits including coverage for maintenace care - Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist with hyperbaric oxygen therapy (training is provided) - Support the chiropractor with various clinical and administrative tasks
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in windows based computer systems - Experience with front desk operations - Ability to be nice to our clients and everyone that you work with - Willing and able to follow all hyperbaric oxygen therapy procedures - Strong administrative skills to support daily office operations Join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant to contribute to the well-being of our patients and support the smooth operation of our chiropractic practice.
