Successful candidates will be dependable, hard working, conscientious individuals.
Pay Is Negotiable (based on experience).
Primary Duties Remove existing flooring and discard (if applicable) Prep surfaces for new flooring - clear dust, debris, and obstructions Apply adhesive, grout, or other appropriate materials to work surface Cut floor coverings and foundation materials according to blueprints and sketches Install flooring (tile, carpet, luxury vinyl, hardwood, sheet vinyl, laminate) Keep jobsite properly maintained and clean throughout entire installation process Keep job on schedule at all times Provide excellent customer service to all external customers at all times Standard Qualifications Prior experience as a flooring installer preferred but not required - will train the right candidate Energetic and self motivated individual that is flexible with changing priorities Physically fit and able to lift large, heavy equipment and materials Thorough and efficient Good arithmetic skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required Valid driver's license is preferable Job Type:
