Work Hours:
Depending on workload and department Monday--Thursday 6:
00am -- 3:
30pm Friday 5:
30am -- Noon
Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities will be to perform a variety of production support duties including, but not limited to:
assembling, ensuring quality, manual loading, unloading, prepping, measuring, operating machines, using tools, and sanding.
Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing work orders and supervisor with minimal supervision Ensure job orders are completed successfully, on-time, and meet customer specifications Ability to detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the appropriate team leader Learn and retain on the job training Safely operate equipment used in various manufacturing processes Use a tape measure proficiently to determine dimensions and to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Proficient with fractions and measurements would be helpful Standing for extended periods of time Physical/ repetitive activities that require considerable use of arms and legs Ability to work in an environment where there is exposure to dirt, dust, noise, fumes and odor and is frequently exposed to heat, cold and dryness Ability to work overtime as needed Valley Cabinet Inc.
