Furnace Operator Who We Are:
Metals Engineering, Inc.
is a certified heat treatment company with 2 locations in the Green Bay area, Wisconsin.
We have been in the business for over 50 years and pride ourselves on the high level of service that we provide the clients within our market.
What We Need:
We are currently looking to add to our dynamic workforce and have open positions for individuals interested in operating various types of Heat Treatment furnaces and ovens on both 1st (Mon - Fri, 7am - 3:
30pm) and 3rd shift (Sun - Thurs, 10:
30pm - 7am).
Preference for individuals with a willingness to work 2nd shift.
Full Time and Direct Hire opportunity with competitive pay and benefits package, including profit-sharing program.
Duties:
Set up and operation of heat treatment furnaces and machines Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specification Preventative maintenance and continuous improvement including excellent housekeeping skills and a willingness to participate in 5S activities.
Meet production schedules Operation of forklift and hand power tools Full participation in the mission and values of Metals Engineering Promote and participate in safety regulations and procedures Requirements:
Positive attitude Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support other team members on your shift, on other shifts, and across locations Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally High School Diploma or equivalent Solid past work history Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Compensation:
