Familiar with SAP systems.
Perform receiving, delivery and shipping functions.
Make decisions regarding trailer movement, order completion and timelines.
Inspect all paperwork for accuracy.
Maintain spreadsheets throughout shift on various materials received and shipment planning.
Confirm appointments and update status of trailers, enter shipment and delivery information into computer system.
Assist plant administrator with reporting and shipment planning.
match in-house paperwork with delivery paperwork.
Clerical functions including filing, preparing mailing, answer phones.
Organize and schedule orders.
Other duties as assigned

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; necessary for full time Job Type:
